Synopsis:
The story characters discover that something may be running loose in the building, and they are overcome by fear and anguish, leading to the most bizarre behavior and the most absurd reasoning.
The text, as well as the adaptation, in an allegorical way, allows a reflection over the fear of individuals - so often hidden or inexplicable, resulting from their increasing isolation, perhaps loneliness - and the way they deal and live with it.
The psychological atmosphere of the play is shrouded in numbing noises, the small, insidious, deep, sinister noises that unconsciously lull. Big and tiny wills are exposed, censored, which are put off. The time of action translates into continuous denials and uncertain futures, relative and always hypothetical, that agonize us. In a humorous tone, fear is portrayed here as an amorphous matter that distorts the sounds of essence, carrying with it growing, undefined and inhuman roars, capable of stirring all emotions.
A relevant approach in the context of the events that devastate humanity in the current world.
