In just over a year, more than five thousand digital nomads from 121 countries have passed through Madeira. Ponta do Sol was the first nomad village in Europe. A cowork space was created at the John dos Passos Cultural Center, a project by Start-Up Madeira, with the support of the Regional Government. Some of these hardworking tourists choose Madeira to live.
