• A painting is sometimes like a BD - a set / sequence of signs / images, accompanied or not by text, that tell a story materialized through images.
• In this workshop we challenge you to research the techniques of comics and, in families, make a virtual visit to the Museum (www.mudasmuseuvirtual.com), paying particular attention to room 5.
• Observe and analyze the work “Guarda Nocturno (GN)”, by Joaquim Rodrigo.
• Afterwards, talk a little with your parents and try to find out a little more about the history related to April 25, 1974. What was so important that motivated this celebration? Why is April 25th a date so celebrated by the Portuguese?
• Then, with the freedom that knowledge of the history of this day gave you and the careful observation that you made of the work “Guarda Nocturno (GN)”, by Joaquim Rodrigo, creates a small comic book story.

• We will share the best works on our YouTube channel and on the Museum's facebook.
