The Regional Secretary for Tourism and Culture, Eduardo Jesus, presented yesterday, in the garden of the Quinta das Cruzes Museum, the 2023 edition of the Flower Festival.
The event will take place between the 27th of April and the 21st of May.
The allegorical course, the highest point of the Flower Festival, will take place on Sunday, April 30, departing from Praça da Autonomia, Avenida do Mar and Comunidades Madeirenses (south strip), to the Rotunda Francisco Sá Carneiro.
The 2023 edition has the collaboration of 3,600 people, of which 1,700 parade in 13 floats.
This year's lineup features new attractions taking place at Praça do Municipio, Avenida Arriaga Central Plate, Largo da Restauração and Praça do Povo.
The Flower Festival fills Madeira with unforgettable colours, decorations and fragrances.
